Begin your accreditation journey with the relevant application, supporting documents and assessment requirements for your organisation.

Who Can Apply?

Organisations providing conformity assessment services, such as testing, calibration, inspection or certification, may apply under the relevant accreditation programme, subject to its eligibility criteria.

Applicants should have the necessary technical resources, competent personnel, documented procedures and management systems required for the activities included in their proposed scope.

Documents to Prepare

Applicants should be prepared to submit relevant documents and records to support the application. Depending on the accreditation programme, these may include:

01. Organisation Details Legal identity, registration details, address and organisational structure.
02. Proposed Scope Details of the services, activities, methods or areas for which accreditation is requested.
03. Management System Documents Quality manual, policies, procedures and relevant documented processes.
04. Personnel Records Staff qualifications, experience, training and competency records.
05. Technical Resources Equipment details, calibration records, facilities and technical methods, wherever applicable.
06. Operational Records Relevant reports, internal audit records, management review records and other evidence of implementation.
